6. SMS Reminder Service ("Plan Your Legacy Webinar Reminders")

If you register for a webinar at planyourlegacy-webinar.com and provide your mobile phone number with explicit consent on the registration form, you authorize Upbeat Media LLC (operating as "Plan Your Legacy") to send automated SMS reminders to that number for your registered session.

Program name: Plan Your Legacy Webinar Reminders. Message frequency: typically 2–3 messages per registered session — a ~15-minute pre-session reminder, a "we're going live now" alert with the join link, and an optional replay link if you missed the live session. SMS reminders are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation and no further SMS messages from this program.
